Keeping in touch with your existing clients and customers is a great way to find new ones! Listen (via social media if necessary) to what they like about your service or product. Ask them what improvements you can make, how you can solve their problems or address an issue.
The more you know about your customers, the more they will continue to buy from you and recommend you.
The aim? To become, as we call them at ActionCOACH “raving fans”!

5. Know Your Numbers
Are the financial processes in place to support your business growth plans?
How is your monthly P&L report produced, do you review your balance sheet regularly and how is your cash flow forecast maintained?
Know your numbers and you can invest and plan for improvements into your business performance.
6. Sales & Test and Measure
Test and measuring your results and KPls is key to business growth.
Do you know for example your average cost per lead? Your conversion rate? Your cost per acquisition? The lifetime value of your average client? The average time it takes to achieve that sale and how often do your customers buy from you?
Is your sales team being monitored, with visible sales targets and a process in place?
Knowing this will improve your sales activity and help achieve business growth.
