Ensure your message is easily understood. And if necessary, find other ways to receive critical cues from your team.

Outcomes – lead with the purpose of reaching a desired outcome.
As isolation can be a barrier to reaching a goal, continue to give clear, concise messages for your team.
Others – lead with and through people.
You are much more influential as a leader if you focus on others. In return, your team members will feel much more engaged if you focus on them – wherever they are working.
Ourselves – your beliefs and assumptions.
